His hair! In this particular picture, Mr. Efron has a less exaggerated look (compared to what he usually sports). If you're in the mood to grow out your hair, take great care to do it right. There's nothing less attractive than greasy, messy looking hair.
Having long hair needs a great deal of maintenance, weekly or biweekly trips to your barber are a must. Ask your barber to shape it, trim along the ears, sideburns and neck. Also, next time, ask your barber to feather/thin-out your hair, this will make combing it slightly across your forehead a little easy. Style it with a little mousse, or light, low shine pomade.
